Do I need to create a personal account to make a purchase?

You can easily make a purchase without an account. A personal account gives you freedom to shop without having to type your name and address.

 

 

What is your feedback policy?

If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us and we will resolve any issues immediately. We are here to help and all problems can be resolved.

 

 

I recieved the wrong item. What do I do? 

Alis strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope to make the return as painless as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort this mistake out immediately. All expenses will be paid by Alis.
