Payment
All card payments are via a secure SSL encrypted server.
We accept payment via Paypal or with any of the following card types.

- eDankort
- Visa
- Visa Dankort
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
Using Paypal
When paypal is used to pay for an order the adress on the order must be identical to the adress on the order must be identical to the adress in the Paypal account used for payment. This is security requirement of Paypal. If the adress do not match the order will not be sent.
Orders
The transfer from the costumers account is done when the goods are send.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping adress.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing adresss/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Certain personal information will be requested when purchasing a product from us. When you make a purchase, you have to provide contact and financial information.
This information is only used for billing purposes, and if there are any problems with processing your order, we use the information to contact you. When you go through the order process on Alis.dk, we provide the option to create a user. This serves to give our customers a quick and easy checkout process on repeat visits.
Alis.dk does not store your credit card information with the user feature. As a added feature you can also opted to join our newsletter when going through the checkout process, if this is accepted, you will generally receive a newsletter each week, to the email address used when making your purchase.
Rights of Refund
The customer may withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter, email) within 14 days without giving any reason or - if the item has been delivered before expiry of said term - by retuning the goods to this address:

The refund takes place when the goods are recieved. Refund covers all initial expenses made by the costumer. The cost of freight returning the goods to us are at the costumers expense.

Ved brug af Paypal til betaling skal adressen på ordren være identisk med adressen på den Paypal konto der benyttes. Dette er et sikkerhedskrav fra Paypal. Hvis adressen ikke er den samme vil varen ikke blive afsendt.
Ordrehåndtering
Overførsel fra kundens konto sker efter varen er afsendt.
Ved en ordre afkræves visse personlige oplysninger. Dette inkluderer kontaktinformationer og bankinformationer. Denne information bruges kun til at gennemføre ordren og hvis der opstår problemer er vi i stand til at kontakte kunden.
Når kunden gennemgår ordreprocessen vil der være mulighed for at oprette sig som bruger. Dette giver mulighed for et hurtigere checkout ved gentagende besøg hos alis.dk.
Alis.dk gemmer ikke oplysninger vedrørende kreditkort i brugerprofilen.
ALIS forbeholder sig retten til at afvise enhver ordre placeret hos alis.dk
Returret
Kunden har fortrydelsesret i 14 dage efter købet. Dette skal ske skriftligt enten pr. brev eller email. Varen sendes til adressen:

Beløbet returneres når varen modtages på adressen. Refundering dækker alle omkostninger vedrørende købet. Udgifter til forsendelse ved returnering dækkes af kunden.
